Accoyo Ivy was just awarded second out of eight in a mixed class of males and females at the 2019 National Fleece Show. She had higher scores for fineness and luster than the first place winner, and lost out by half a point! Her total score of 81 qualified her for the coveted Advanced Fleece Award given to animals who are in the running for Judges Choice.
Ivy’s genetics are outstanding. Her dam, Holly, is a Chachapoya daughter out of Torbio’s Phenom.
Her sire, Edan, is a Goldstar son out of Torbio’s Miraval. Since one of Goldstar’s grandsires is Torbio, this exalted male appears in Accoyo Ivy’s background three times! The likes of Rockstar, Rene, Jackpot, Sipi, Ramilo, Loxi, Ace, and Juanita tell the rest of her story.
